My family has stayed in this condominium for several years however this was a first in this unit. I cannot put into words how thrilled we were! The unit is gorgeous! Beds are amazingly comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. Working with Sherry Slotter was also a huge PLUS! She was more than accommodating and made renting this unit a breeze. After 6 years of staying at Sterling Sands, this is our favorite by far!!!!

My husband and I stayed here for almost two months, and it was such a great experience! Having not rented a condo before — nor experienced Destin — we were pleasantly surprised at the condo and its amenities; the amazing view from the balcony and proximity to the beach; and how conveniently located the place was to all the great Destin spots.The condo itself is well-maintained, beautifully updated, comfortable, clean and has everything you could need. We were impressed with the building, too, and the friendly office and maintenance staff. (Not that we needed them, really. It was just great to see their ongoing care of the building and grounds.
It was a joy to wake up every day and look out the bedroom window to see the ocean! We were just steps away from it (no annoying highway to cross), which made it easy to walk on the beach most every day. If you’re a beach lover — for swimming, walking, contemplating or whatever — you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
We learned Destin has much to offer, whether you’re visiting as a family, a couple or with girl (or guy) friends. It’s a fun, vibrant city with lots to do, great beaches to check out, and a location that’s close to nearby cities definitely worth a drive — e.g., Pensacola, Panama City and a bit further away, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, AL. You’re never at a loss for what to do in and around Destin, that’s for sure.
We’d highly recommend this great condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Destin area … and we will be back, for sure.

We rented this condo October 17-22. The pictures and descriptions on the website are 100% accurate!! We had two separate families with 4 children total. The size of this unit allowed for great together time, and also enough room to have time by yourself if you want!! The beds are the most comfortable I have slept on! The view in the morning is breath-taking! We cooked breakfast and lunch in every day. All of the dishes you may need are furnished.Each evening we went out to dinner, and it was a very short drive to every restaurant we wanted to go to. One night we even walked down the awesome white sane beaches to the Back Porch restaurant. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that wants all the amenities of home, packed in a 5 star condo right on the white sand beaches of Destin!! We will definitely be returning to this condo!

Perfect for our wedding party! (Beverly N.)
My family stayed here for my son’s wedding on 9/12. We had a great time! Did a few crafts, drank coffee on the big wrap around porch, swam in the pool and took walks on the beach! We walked down to the beach on our last day and the water was so clear we sat in amazement! Next thing we know along came a Mommy Dolphin with her little baby swimming next to the shore. We could see them so well because the water was so clear!!! Wish I had a camera!!! Thanks for a great stay!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house recently and can’t say enough about it. Everything in the house is top of the line and brand new! The house is literally steps from the beach which helps when you have little ones that like to go back and forth between the beach and pool. The complimentary beach chairs everyday were a huge plus as well! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Destin!!!

Everything was better than expected. The home was fresh and clean with new furnishings and no details were left out. There was plenty of room for all of us. The backyard pool area was secluded and very well manicured and inviting, perfect for yard games and grilling out. The beach was a short walk to the corner, and to make things easier the owner includes cart to wheel the cooler, chairs and toys they also provide for your use. The home was a short drive to shopping and endless restaurants. We are already planning our next trip back to Destin and will definitely be renting this home. The owners and other contacts for this home were very accommodating and extremely easy to work with.
