This beautiful, direct oceanfront condo on Highway 98 in Destin, FL, is completely remodeled and updated with all the latest appointments. This gorgeous unit is located in a popular low-rise complex in the heart of Destin. Compared to other 3-bedroom condos in the complex, our condo has the largest sleeping capacity — up to 11! The unit was recently painted a fresh and relaxing pewter and blue. We make regular updates to this unit, which keeps it in great condition and highly desirable.
Newly updated condo unit
Everything in this spacious, corner unit is brand new. The upscale furnishings will make you feel like you are staying in a five-star hotel! The kitchen has new granite, cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It is well-equipped for you to prepare your fresh catch of the day.
There are 9′ ceilings and gorgeous tile floors throughout the entire unit — and no carpet! Custom plantation shutters are found in every room, and they slide out of the way when you want to enjoy the view of the sparkling, emerald waters.
The living area has a brand-new, 60″ flat-panel television with DVD/Blu-ray player. There is also new furniture for relaxing in the evening after a long day at the beach.
Spacious bedrooms with new furnishings
The oceanfront master has new, decorator-inspired furnishings and a new 40-inch flat panel television with DVD player. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a double on top. There is also a trundle with a single mattress. This room also features a new 32″ television with DVD player.
The third bedroom is actually a second master bedroom suite/studio with a very large sleeping area, walk-in closet and private bath with a whirlpool tub. The king pillow-top mattress is brand new. A 46″ flat-panel television and DVD player is in this bedroom for your enjoyment. This suite boasts a kitchenette with wet bar sink, new mini-fridge and new microwave for those midnight snacks and early morning coffee. There is a private ocean view balcony off this bedroom.
All mattresses in our condo are encased in zippered protectors to keep the bedding allergy-free, dust mite-free and bed bug-free. This is what you deserve when you travel — peace of mind for your family and a clean, healthy environment.
There is a portable crib for the little ones in your party. (Please bring bedding you need for the crib.) All bedrooms and bathrooms feature new bedding and towels for your comfort.
Balcony view of the beach
There is an oversize oceanfront balcony accessed from the living area complete with Adirondack chairs and a table. Watch the dolphins swim by while you enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
Beach service, including the use of two chairs and an umbrella, are free of charge during your stay. Kayak and boogie board rental is available on the 380′ of private, white sand beach. A new beachside exercise room is now available for the fitness buff in the family!
Things to do near Destin vacation rental condo
Many casual and fine dining restaurants can be found in Destin, with the wonderful Back Porch restaurant just a short stroll up the beach! Destin Commons is nearby and features restaurants, specialty stores and a RAVE movie theater. The TRACK go-carts and mini-golf are nearby. There are many championship golf courses and numerous vendors that offer deep sea fishing and water craft rental in Destin as well.
